CONSTITUTION:A laser beam 1 which can be collected to the high peak power density irradiates the front surface of the metallic sheet 4 with the prescribed pattern, the rigidity of the metallic sheet 4 is improved by utilizing the impact hardening, the front surface of the metallic sheet 4 is roughened and the surface treatment is executed. |
