PURPOSE:To form a house having a large step between a raised floor and a vestibule floor, an improved outward appearance, and an entrance at a different position on the second floor beam. CONSTITUTION:The first floor beam 2 along the outer edge of a raised floor and the second floor beam 3 along an outer wall having an entrance upstairs are provided. The second floor beam 3 has longitudinal fixing metals 6, 6 having the same height as the height of the first floor beam 2 and bolted to pillars 5, 5 and a joint material 7 connecting the fixing metals 6, 6 while its upper face is made lower than the first floor beam 2. The backing concrete for forming a vestibule floor and a porch floor is supported by a vestibule sleeper 9 and a porch sleeper 11 provided on the inner and outer faces of the second floor beam 3, and a spacer 14 is fixed on the joint material 7 except for the entrance. |
