<p>PURPOSE:To provide the active matrix panel for which one piece of connecting wiring is necessitated and which is smaller in the number of wirings by connecting a second gate electrode and the other electrode of a capacitor to each other. CONSTITUTION:The second gate electrode 20a and the capacitor lower electrode 10a are disposed on a glass substrate 18 and an SiO2 film 19 is so provided as to cover the second gate electrode 20 and the capacitor lower electrode 10a. Further, a channel layer 9a, a source diffusion region 3, a drain diffusion region 4 and a capacitor upper potential 10b are disposed on this SiO2 film 19. The equiv. circuit of the active matrix in which the second gate electrode 20 and the capacitor lower electrode 10a are connected to a second gate- capacitor common line 23 is eventually formed. Three kinds; a data line 16, first gate line 12 and a second gate capacitor common line 23, are necessitated for the kind of the common wiring and are eventually fewer by one kind than the number of the wirings of the conventional panel.</p> |
