PURPOSE:To maintain the circulation of ordering, supply and use being free from excess and waste by determining the ordering quantity after taking into account the degree of adaptation to a post-replenishing system and the degree of adaptation to a plan corresponding system. CONSTITUTION:By a process 1-6, the actual parts use quantity X1 is detected, and it is equal to the ordering quantity at the time when it is executed by a post- replenishing system. On the other hand, by a process 1-7, the use plan quantity X2 at the time point in the future by the time required for supply from ordering is calculated, and it is equal to the ordering quantity according to at the time a plan corresponding system. In this case, the ordering quantity at the time by the post-replenishing system and the ordering quantity at the time by the plan corresponding system are both taken into account and the ordering quantity is determined, therefore, a defect of the post-replenishing system and the plan corresponding system is improved. Especially, in the case the ordering quantity is determined, based on an expression of a process 1-9, W1.X1+W2.X2 (in this regard, in the expression, W1 and W2 denote actual result weight and plan weight, respectively), the ordering quantity is determined after adding the degree of adaptation of the post-replenishing system and the degree of adaptation of the plan corresponding system. |
