PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit electric power at the load side safely in an electric equipment and with high reliability by preventing the occurrence of a contact failure. SOLUTION: An inverter 1 for generating high frequency AC and a transformer 2 capable of taking out the output of the inverter by electromagnetic induction without touching and contactlessly are provided; a shaft 7 is provided between a primary side 3 and a secondary side 4 of the transformer 2; with this shaft 7 as a center, the primary side 3 and the secondary side 4 are made freely rotatable and separable; and thus the transformer 2 is of separable and detachable type.
