LATENT HEAT STORAGE MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a latent heat storage material of which the latent heat can be taken out over a long period of time as cold energy of a prescribed constant temperature by dissolving a freezing point depressant in water so as to give a specified concentration. CONSTITUTION:A freezing point depressant which, when dissolved in water, shows a small difference between the freezing initiation temperature and the melting initiation temperature (e.g. sodium nitrate) is dissolved in water so that the concentration is 70-98% of the eutectic concentration, thus giving a latent heat storage material comprising an aqueous solution of the depressant.
