SOLUTION: Positive 1 and negative 4 plates comprise respective active material layers 3, 5 and current collectors 2 with projections 7 formed thereon, the projections 7 being held by a framed gasket 9, This lead-acid battery has a resin frame 8 placed between the projections 7 and the gasket 9. |
