PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech guide device to vocally guide a visually handicapped person because it is necessary for him to be exersized to judge an operation by a projection or a shape of switch when he performs an input operation. SOLUTION: By detecting a finger touch to an operation part 1 with a sensor 2, receiving the signal by a control circuit 3, transmitting a speech data corresponding to the touched switch on the operation part 1 from a memory 5 to a speech synthesizing device 6, and synthesizing the speech data, a speech announcement can be obtained. Further, it is also possible to use a speech and a sound from the outside as an announcement by using a speech recording/ reproducing device. |
