PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precise machine tool table device which can position a table at accuracy corresponding to the peculiar resolving power of a feedback scale. SOLUTION: In a machine tool table device having such constitution as a table 11 is moved along a guide member 15, and the feed of the table 11 is feedback-controlled by utilizing a feedback scale equipped with a scale section 21 and a detection section 22, the scale section 21 of the feedback sacle is set up on either of opposite faces 25, 26 where the guide member 15 and the moving member (table) 11 approach mutually, and the detection section 22 is set up on another opposite face 26 or 25. |
