PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a plurality of various net-covering/net-placing processes against one registered pattern. SOLUTION: A binary digital image data input through a digital binary image input part 21 is processed into net-covering/net-placing by a net-covering/ net-placing part 22. This process is carried out, based on a net pattern registered in a net pattern register part 24. A pattern generating part 25 generates a pattern extending over a net-covering/net-placing territory based on the net pattern and synchronizing with a picture element synchronous signal, a net- covering compound part 26 compounds the net pattern into the white base of a black input image, and outputs a net-covering/net-placing processed image. Next, a dot changing part 23 makes the dot of a net pattern relatively large, middle sized, or relatively small, according to the designated size of the dot. Because the respective dots of the pattern can be made into large, middle, and small sizes, one registered pattern can deal with a plurality of net patterns by changing the net-covering rate of the one net pattern. |
