PURPOSE:To obtain the billing machine on which an operator can generate and issue bills without paying attention to differences in billing cycle by billing items. CONSTITUTION:A data base for billing is provided with the billing cycle table composed of a set period block 2 where optional billing cycles can be set by the billing items and a cycle count block 3 which counts cycles up to billing months, and, a process for judging whether or not reference value data sent from an automatic meter inspecting device are updated, is added to a processing means for monthly clearing cycles and a process for judging an expense item to be billed in a current month by collating the cycle in the cycle count block 3 with the cycle set in the set cycle block is added to a processing means for bill output. |
