PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection apparatus by which whether a land and mask hole shape is proper or not is inspected before a mounting operation by a method wherein design reference information according to an object board is compared with actual land and mask hole shape information. SOLUTION: In a readout part 4, by using a camera, an actual printed-circuit board is read out in the case of a land, a printing mask is read out in the case of a mask, and a land and mask hole shape part is extracted as shape information from image information which is output from it. On the other hand, shape information on a component which is used is selected as a component shape code, it is combined with land and mask hole shape information so as to be input by a data input part 1. In addition, a standard-design-information storage part 2 stores the recommended design shape of a land and mask hole as a standard design reference, and a shape-quality judgment part 3 takes out a design reference corresponding to a key such as the component shape code or the like. Then, it is compared with data from the input part 1, whether their difference is within a tolerance or not is judged, and a result is output. Thereby, whether the shape of the land and mask hole is proper or not can be inspected before a mounting operation. |
