SOLUTION: Lead powder 7 is mixed in synthetic rubber material such as chloroprene, and closed cells 6 are contained therein to form a buoyancy adjusting independent expandable rubber sheet body 4. If necessary, expansive fabric 10 formed of nylon, polyester, or the like is stuck to the outer surface of the buoyancy adjusting independent expandable rubber sheet body 4 so as to prepare buoyancy adjusting wet suit and dry suit material 2 with the lead powder 7 dispersed in a rubber layer 5 having the closed cells 6. The buoyancy adjusting wet suit and dry suit material 2 are used all over or partially to form wet suits and dry suits. |
