<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition which can exhibit excellent fusion strength under various vibration fusion conditions by including a higher nylon resin having at least 7 carbon atoms per amide group, a nylon resin containing nylon 6 and/or nylon 66 and glass fibers having a specified mean fiber diameter in a specified ratio. SOLUTION: The higher nylon resin (a) essentially consists of structural units derived from a polyamide-forming component such as a substantially equimolar salt, among combinations of a 7C or higher lactam, an amino acid or a diamine with a dicarboxylic acid. The nylon 6 resin and the nylon 66 resin (b) are polycapramide and polyhexamethylenedipamide, respectively and include other copolymers. It is desirable that the nylon resin (A) contains at least 20 wt.% component (a) and at least 20 wt.% component (b). The glass fibers (B) have a mean fiber diameter of 5-15μm. 100 pts.wt. component A is compounded with 10-150 pts.wt. component B and 0.01-2 pts.wt. copper compound (C).</p> |
