<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make retrievable the write start address of data in a short time. SOLUTION: The memory area Eu of operation data on a non-volatile memory for data storage, with which a transponder installed on a key is produced, is divided into unit blocks. The first unit block is set to be a zero page and the blocks are divided to 15 pages. Operation data are sequentially written into the memory area Eu. When operation data are written next time, the presence or absence of data is retrieved from the head address of the third page. Since data are present until an address 'AA-1', an address 'AA' is designated as the write start address.</p> |
