The holder comprises a sleeve (11) housing a rotatable telescopic shaft (10) and provided with expandable jaws (11a) for guiding the screw as it is being removed. Catches (14, 15) to restrict rotation of the shaft are provided between the sleeve and screw removing device. As a screw is removed, tapered surfaces (11b) on the inside of the sleeve are urged against the jaws, in a way that allows the shaft to be rotated in order for the screw head to pass between the jaws. |
