NOZZLE SPRAY TIP FOR INJECTING FUEL BY COLLIDING JET METHOD

FIELD: mechanical engineering; compression ignition internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: spray tip has spring, adjusting screw and differential valve with shutoff conical surface. Spray tip body has compensating space with shutoff conical surface for differential valve made in parallel with axis of shutoff needle and communicating with fuel feed channel. Differential valve is arranged in compensating space and is held in lower position by spring whose rigidly provides opening of valve at pressure of fuel exceeding lifting pressure of nozzle shutoff needle which provides operation of valve after getting of needle on stop, its fitting in seat and secondary lifting. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of working process at injection of fuel into combustion chamber by colliding jet method. 2 dwg
