METHOD OF MASTOPLASTY

FIELD: medicine, particularly, reconstruction of mammary gland. SUBSTANCE: method includes cutting out of ellipsoid transplant from cutaneous-subcutaneous-glandular tissue of two lower quadrants of healthy mammary gland; separation of perforating branches from internal thoracic artery which fit glandular part of transplant and their deep preparation; rotation of cutaneous-subcutaneous-glandular transplant on mobile vascular limbs through 180 deg and bringing it to receiving bed of thoracic wall; formation of mammary gland by layers. EFFECT: prevention of postoperative complications, improved blood supply of transplanted part of mammary gland. 4 dwg
