A pressure-sensitive adhesive composition which comprises 50 to 90 wt.% acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, 2.5 to 50 wt.% liquid ingredient containing a polyhydric alcohol, and 0.01 to 10 wt.% salt of a mono- to trivalent metal with a fatty acid having a C8-18 hydrocarbon group and has satisfactory tackiness, cohesive force, and moisture permeability; a pressur e- sensitive adhesive drug composition which comprises the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition and a drug (a medicine, etc.) added thereto and has the se performances; a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape which is obtained by applyi ng the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition to a substrate and has excellent moisture permeability; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape preparation which is obtained by applying the pressure-sensitive adhesive drug compositi on to a substrate and is excellent in moisture permeability and percutaneous dr ug absorption.
