FIELD: cosmetics. SUBSTANCE: shaving gel contains water-soluble soap and volatile agent of prolonged foam-forming. The shaving gel may additionally have at least one complex monoester of aliphatic acid including 4-10 atoms of carbon and aliphatic alcohol having 16-18 atoms of carbon, and may comprise water-soluble gel-forming polymer. The proposed gel has improved properties, namely, better consistency and density, and also it spreads well over face skin and turns quickly in foam. EFFECT: improved characteristics. 16 cl, 3 ex
