PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily visually observe information to be concealed in secret at the time of verifying and normally conceal it by providing a pressure sensitive transfer layer made of fluorescent ink containing infrared ray luminous luminophor for bringing about a change of a color tone pattern by emitting an infrared ray on a rear surface of a fill-in column of an upper layer sheet, and incorporating a comouflage pattern layer on the surface of a lower layer sheet. SOLUTION: A pressure sensitive copy layer 2 made of a fluorescent ink layer containing an infrared ray luminous luminophor having a fluorescent luminescence of an infrared ray is formed on a rear surface of an upper layer sheet 1. A comouflage pattern layer 3 is formed on a lower layer sheet 4. At the time of using, information is filled in a part formed with the layer 2 of the pressure sensitive copy cut form 10, and the sheet 1 and 4 are released. Then, a part of the layer 2 of a part in which a writing pressure is applied is copied to the sheet 4. Since this is made of an infrared ray emitting luminophor, it is difficult to be visually observed. Meanwhile, when an infrared light is illuminated to this the copied part emits a fluorescence, and password information or the like copied can be visually confirmed. |
