IMPULSE HEAT SEALER FOR L-SHAPED SEAL

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make cutting by fusing for edges of a film executable simultaneously with L-shaped seal for a wrapping film. SOLUTION: A T-shaped heat sealer 3 is composed of a seal heater 1 made up by bending a ribbonlike heating wire in an L shape and a fusing heater 2 made out of a heating plate connected closely to the external side face at a corner of the seal heater 1. A means for sending electric current is set separately for each of the heaters 1 and 2. Welding and cutting by fusing for a wrapping film 20 with the seal heater 1 are made by heat generated by supply of impulse current while cutting by fusing at the edges 22 of the film is made by electric heat.
