PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flange shaft coupling of rotating machinery capable of maintaining reliability of electric power supply. SOLUTION: Fitting recessed parts 1h in which the sides of bearing surfaces of nuts 3A to be screwed on male screw parts on both sides of a coupling bolt 2A inserted in bolt holes of flanges 1A, 1B superposed on each other are formed on insertion sides of the bolt holes of the flanges 1A, 1B. It is possible to prevent movement of the nuts 3A and to prevent increase of stress due to curve of the coupling bolt 2A as side surfaces of the bearing surface sides of the nut 3A make contact with inner peripheries of the fitting recessed parts 1h when an axis of rotation of rotating machinery transitionally exceeds rated speed and centrifugal force due to the nuts 3A increases. |
