SOLUTION: A plurality of power system devices are operated simultaneously, and power lines to a power system and a single load are connected in parallel, In this case, when the power system is abnormal, a main control circuit part S1 is started, and a starting signal is then outputted to an auxiliary control circuit part S2 so as to permit a starting operation, When the operation is started, a sine-wave reference signal from a sine-wave generation circuit S1-1 in the main control circuit S1 is used.
