The apparatus make smooth adjusting the tension of a support assembly by separating the support assembly from a cutting blade die so that it can make a adhesion strength stable during a cold pressing of a clad type rivet contact. It comprises a support(18) formed in a body with the cutting blade die(14); a rotary shaft(19) formed in the middle of the support(19); the support assembly(17) freely movable; a support pin(16) supporting a wire at a lower part of the support assembly(17); a spring(13) connecting an upper part of the assembly(17) to an upper part of the support(18).
