PURPOSE: A terminal assembly is provided to prevent damage of electric appliance when submerged into a solution containing water or electrolyte by preventing the water or electrolyte to flow inside of the appliance through a terminal area. CONSTITUTION: The terminal assembly comprises: a case(22) through which a terminal hole(24) is formed; a seat part(28) having a shape projected from a peripheral edge of the terminal to a given height and an engaging jaw projected inwards; a sealing member(32) having a plate-shaped projecting part which penetrates the hole; a conducting thimble(36) covering an end of the projecting part; a connecting part(38) being connected to a recessed center area of the sealing member in a bridge with the thimble; a connection plate(42) supported at top edge area of the sealing member and connected from an electronic appliance inside of the case by lead; and a pressing member(50) supporting the sealing member and the connection plate to be close to the peripheral edge of the terminal hole.
