Throwaway collector for drops from bottle neck

The absorber of drops which run along a bottle neck after the bottle has been poured is composed of a semi-rigid absorbent band (1). This band is limited by two concentric circular arcs (2,3) spaced by a distance (4) of between 1 and 3 cm. The band has at one of its end (5) a radial slot (7) emerging on the large circular arc (3) and at its other end (6) a radial slot (8) emerging on the small circular arc (2). The two slots are fit into each other to form a truncated cone which can be applied on the perimeter of the bottle zone joining the neck to the bottle body. The band can have widened ends which allow deeper slots to be made. These ends, beyond their slots have decorative patterns.
