PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an acceptance of checks and repairs for electric appliances owned by clients responding to requests from the clients and attain efficient processes from the checks to the repairs for the appliances. SOLUTION: A check and repair system for electric appliances connects clients, forwarders and parts suppliers with a communication means and also connects a cheek and repair division, and every division of the company to a cheek and repair center through a local network, and the center comprises an appliances control means, a checking certificate creating means, an operation plan creating means, a parts control means, report creating means and a database control means, so that after receiving the appliances from the clients, checking for the appliances are allowed and the checking results are sent to the clients. The clients determine the need or no need of repairs referring to the results. When the clients request the repairs, the check and repair division proceeds the repairs. After completing of the repairs, reports are created so as to send them to the clients and the every division and also the repaired appliances are delivered to the clients. |
