PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the precision of detecting abnormality and enhance the commercial value of a system. SOLUTION: Discrimination signal generating means 116 outputs a discrimination signal JS to be at a H-level after a preset time passed since it is powered on. When the discrimination signal JS is at a L-level, a CPU 113 is initializes all contents of a RAM 115 in response to a reset signal/RST. When the discrimination signal JS is at a H-level, the CPU 115 initializes all contents of the RAM 115 excluding history information in response to the reset signal/RST. Namely, the history information is held. Thus, the CPU 113 can discriminate whether an alarm generation indicating signal CT2 is output or not with reference to the history information and increases the precision of detecting abnormality. Since the history information is held, information of when an alarm is generated and how many times alarms are generated can be given to a system users and the commercial value of the system is enhanced. |
