PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adhering a substrate to an adhered with a new adhesive, by which the substrate can strongly be adhered to the adherend in the same or higher extent as or than those with conventional CR solvent- based adhesives without causing a problem on safety and health and on environments, and to provide an adhered structure. SOLUTION: The adhered structure obtained by adhering the substrate to the adherend with an adhesive composition which comprises a tackifying resin, a metal oxide and a polychloroprene latex having a chloroprene polymer gel content of 10 to 60 wt.% and prepared by polymerizing 100 pts.wt. of chloroprene and 0 to 10 pts.wt. of an ethylenic unsaturated carboxylic acid in the presence of 0.5 to 4 pts.wt. of polyvinyl alcohol.
