摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adjusting an electronic circuit component capable of trimming an electrode in a short time without losing any product characteristics or reliability. SOLUTION: This electronic circuit component 10 is provided with insulator layers 12 and 16 and electrodes 14 and 18 for adjustment. The electrode 18 for adjustment is irradiated with a laser beam 20, and a laser beam 20 is moved back and forth within the same range so that a trimming part 22 can be formed. At this point, the power of the laser beams is made stronger than a conventional manner for trimming the electrode by moving the laser beam only once. The laser beam 20 is moved back and forth so that the electrode 18 can be gradually trimmed. Also, the power of the laser beam 20 is made strong so that a total time necessary for trimming the electrode can be made shorter than a conventional manner.</p>
