PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the insufficiency of a ground height by controlling a wire relaxation to increase associated with a trend of a capacity of a transmission line in operation to increase, and also to prevent a wire tension to become excessive due to snow accretion and the like. SOLUTION: There is installed a wire-tension regulating device that hydraulically pushes a piton to raise a wire when the wire tension is decreased, and draws back the piston to reduce the tension when the wire tension becomes excessive.
