PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory access device embedded in a microcomputer capable of changing a CS region with the setting from the outside and coping with the specification change of a system or an external device utilizing the microcomputer without regenerating the microcomputer. SOLUTION: Since the CS region corresponding to each external device in a memory map is set on a region setting register 2 from the outside, the CS region can be changed by the setting of the CS setting register even if the system of the microcomputer or the specification of the external device is changed, thereby the external device can be easily changed to a more effective and new memory or a logic.
