DIELECTRIC CAPACITOR MAKING METHOD

A method for fabricating SrTiO type critical insulating capacitor is disclosed. The method for fabricating SrTiO type critical insulating capacitor the steps of: a) sintering raw powder at an atmosphere of reduction to form a semicondutor sintering material, wherein the raw powder uses SrTiO3 as a main compound; b) performing a thermal process at an atmosphere of oxidation; c) coating a low melting point metal oxidized material on a surface of the sintering material; and d) penetrating a oxidized material on a sintering critical boundary by a thermal process to form a dielectric layer. Thereby, a dielectric constant is greatly increased and a dielectric loss is reduced, resulting in improving a characteristic of dielectric material..
