A method for surface process of rare earth bond magnet is disclosed. In the method for surface process of rare earth bond magnet, a process of surface control is omitted and kalium salt film process is also omitted. Then, an electrode position process is performed in case of application of electrode position by using the surface process method of rare earth bond magnet. Thereby, the rare earth bond magnet has a superb film of visual condition and the sound preventive condition is omitted through controlling the surface adn kalium salt film processes.
