<p>A magnetic disk device (1), wherein a carriage (4) having an arm (8), with a magnetic head (4a) mounted at the tip part thereof, installed at one end and having a coil (10) installed at the other end is rotatably pivoted on a chassis (6), the other end of the carriage having the coil (10) is disposed in a magnetic circuit with a magnet (12), the carriage (4) is rotated around an axis by a drive force generated by the coil (10) to move the tip part of the arm (8) having the magnetic head (4a) mounted thereon between a position above the magnetic disk (2) and a wait position (13a) above the lamp (13), and a magnetized projection part (17) is provided at the base part of the arm (8).</p> |
