PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the appearance of dew drops in an enclosure by making a control board in such a structure that a source of heat, control devices, and wiring apparatuses may be housed in the enclosure and a space may be formed between the enclosure to which the source of heat is attached and the a water- cooled heatsink. SOLUTION: An enclosure of a control board is constituted of a control board chassis 4 and a control board cover 3. An inverter 1, an earth leakage breaker 5, an auxiliary relay 6, etc., are housed in the control board. A water- cooled heatsink 2 is installed outside the enclosure of the control board and a space A is formed between the water-cooled heatsink 2 and the control board chassis 4. In a bottom face of the chassis 4, a plurality of holes 8 for leading cables in are made. A cooling water channel 21 is formed in the water cooled heatsink 2 and cooling water is allowed to flow from an inlet 22 through an outlet 23 to exhaust heat generated by the inverter 1. Due to this structure, the chassis 4 is thermally insulated and is not cooled and thereby the appearance of dew drops is prevented in the envelope. |
