PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure EMI radiated from an object to be measured having cable terminals as necessary at any time by eliminating the need for the selection of measuring environment even if the object to be measured is in a state communicating with peripheral equipment or in a state supplied with electric power. SOLUTION: By connecting a cable 51 for communications and a power cord 52, to which common mode filters 47 and 48 and a shield cover 49 are applied, via through-tubes 114 to the object to be measured (EUT) 12 housed in an electrically conductive case 11 and any sections to be measured (EMI extraction ports) in the object to be measured 12 each to a nearby cable 16 incorporating a resistor via a flexible cable (EMI extraction lead) 41, a common mode current is generated between an absolute reference electric potential of the case 11 and a reference electric potential of the object to be measured 12.
