PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of achieving a good finishing state without loosing the moisture of the food and drying the food in cooking. SOLUTION: This heating cooker comprises a heating chamber 2 capable of accommodating and arranging a pan 5 composed of an upper pan 5a and a lower pan 5b for loading the food 1 in upper and lower two stages, a blowout port 7 formed at a rear part of the heating chamber and blowing out the hot air 8d for heating the upper pan 5a and the lower pan 5b, a suction port 6 formed at the rear part of the heating chamber 2 for sucking the hot air 8d of the heating chamber 2, and a hot air circulating device 8 provided with a fan 8b mounted outside of the rear part of the heating chamber 2 for sucking the air inside of the heating chamber from the suction port 6 and blowing out the air into the heating chamber 2 from the blowout port 7, and a hot air heater 8a for heating the air delivered from the fan 8b. A water storage groove 5d is formed in the neighborhood of a boundary part of a side part 5s and a bottom part 5r of the pan 5 in a state of being opposite to a rear wall face of the heating chamber 2 to pour and heat the water therein in heating the food 1 needing the humidification.
