FIELD: building, particularly investigating or analyzing building materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves taking heavy-weight concrete sample having irregular shape; drying the sample; weighting thereof; determining sample volume; separating the sample into separate fractions, namely into crushed stone, sand, cement stone fractions; weighting crashed stone and sand fractions; determining volume thereof and calculating cement stone density rhocs, kg/m3 from rhocs=(Mc-Mcs-Ms)/(Vc-Vcs-Vs), where Mc - total concrete sample mass, kg, Vc - total concrete sample volume, m3, Mcs - mass of crashed stone fraction, kg, Vcs - is volume of crashed stone fraction, m3, Ms - mass of sand fraction, kg, Vs - volume of sand fraction, m3; determining cube compression strength R, MPa from R=( rhocs-1100)/10.2. ^ EFFECT: possibility to determine strength in concrete samples having irregular shape or reinforcement without the use of special equipment, possibility to take samples from protective structure layers without structure strength reduction. |
