PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent synthetic resin laminate used as a protective surface, a protective shield or the like, excellent in impact resistance and excellent from an aspect of safety because it is prevented from the piercing, cracking and scattering caused by stone-throwing, a gun and the like. SOLUTION: The transparent synthetic resin laminate is constituted by laminating a polyester resin layer with a thickness of 300μm or above on a laminate, which is formed by laminating an acrylic resin sheet with a thickness of 10-13 mm and a polycarbonate resin sheet with a thickness of 6-8 mm through an adhesive layer, on the side of the acrylic resin sheet.
