<p>A rare earth electrode slurry for a rare earth thick-film circuit based on a metal substrate and producing process thereof, the slurry is composed of a solid phase component and an organic solvent carrier in wt ratio of (70-90):(30-10). The solid phase component includes an Ag-Pd-Y compound powder and a microcrystal glass powder in wt ratio of (99.4-94):(0.6-6). The wt ratio of Pd powder, Ag powder and Y powder in the Ag-Pd-Y compound powder is (0.6-10):(99-82):(0.4-8). The microcrystal glass powder is SiO<SUB>2</SUB>-Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>-CaO-B<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>-Bi<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>-La<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>-based microcrystal glass. Its producing process includes following steps: (1) preparing the microcrystal glass powder;(2) preparing the Ag-Pd-Y compound powder;(3) preparing the organic solvent carrier;(4) roller trio mixing and roller trio rolling;(5) preparing the rare earth electrode slurry;(6) bottling for use.</p> |
