PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary treatment tool provided with an insertion port cover for endoscope capable of preventing the possibility of splashing mucus around when pulling out the treatment tool from a treatment tool inserting channel. SOLUTION: This tool is provided with an insertion port cover 6 in the shape of tapered cylinder consisting of an elastic member so that a small diameter part 6b is loosely fitted with the outer peripheral surface of a sheath 2 of a treatment tool 1 and a large diameter part 6a is covered with an inlet mouthpiece 20 of a treatment tool insertion channel 11 for an endoscope 10 from the outside.
