A method for realizing preferential access of a wireless device to the original end of a wireless device controller comprises: two ports of the wireless device receiving Common Public Radio Interface CPRI frames sent by a wireless device controller; the CPRI frame including an evaluated port attribute field to identify whether the port is original or terminative or invalid; the RE analyzing the two evaluated port attribute fields to obtain the values of the two ports; if the values of the two ports being different and including an original end identifier, the RE accessing the REC through the original end. A wireless device controller and a wireless device are also provided in the present invention.
