PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive sheet useful as an adhesive sheet that has a sufficient crosslinking reactivity by a crosslinking agent, a low metal corrosiveness and a low outgassing property and is especially useful as an adhesive sheet for electronic component attachment. SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet is provided with an adhesive layer on at least one side of a base sheet. An adhesive forming the adhesive layer is a resin composition comprising a carboxy group-free acrylic copolymer as a main component obtained by copolymerizing (A) an alkyl (meth)acrylate with (B) a functional group-containing unsaturated monomer and (C) an ethylenic unsaturated group-containing imidazole-based compound and contains 0.05-5.0 mass% of a structural unit derived from the component (C) in the acrylic copolymer.
