A method and device for data synchronization among terminals are provided in the embodiments of the present invention. The method mainly includes: one user sending data to a server from a terminal corresponding to a certain accessing way; said server sending a notice message to the user's terminals corresponding to other accessing ways; the terminals corresponding to said other accessing ways obtaining said data from said server. The device mainly includes: data receiving module, notice message sending module and data sending module. By using the present invention, one can realize that when one user sends data to a server from a terminal corresponding to a certain accessing way, the user's terminals corresponding to other accessing ways can timely and effectively know the data status of the server and process the corresponding data synchronization.
