Disclosed is molding sheet for forming a hard coat layer which is excellent in storage stability and followability to a mold when in a semi-cured state, while being excellent in abrasion resistance once it is completely cured. Also disclosed are a molded body having a hard coat layer, and a method for producing the same. Specifically disclosed is a molding sheet for forming a hard coat layer, which is characterized by having a layer composed of a semi-cured product of a composition containing (a) an organosilicon compound represented by the following formula (I): RnSiX4-n (I) (wherein R represents an organic group having a carbon atom directly bonded to Si in the formula; X represents a hydroxy group or a hydrolyzable group; and n represents 1 or 2, and when n is 2, R's may be the same or different, and when (4-n) is not less than 2, X's may be the same or different) and/or a condensate thereof; (b) an ultraviolet-curable compound; and (c) a silanol condensation catalyst. Also specifically disclosed is a molded body obtained by using such a molding sheet.
