摘要 A method for preparing an insam(ginseng) fruit concentrated solution, an insam fruit concentrated solution, prepared by the method, and a dietary supplement containing the concentrated solution are provided to improve the content of saponin compared with the already-existing insam product. A method for preparing an insam fruit concentrated solution comprises the steps of extracting the roasted insam fruit; filtering the extracted one; and concentrating the filtered one. Preferably the insam fruit is extracted by using 2-10 times amount of hot water by weight based on the weight of an insam fruit or 2-5 times amount of an alcohol solvent by weight based on the weight of an insam fruit. Preferably the alcohol solvent is a C1-C10 alcohol.
