A barrel valve sealing structure of a variable induction system is provided to improve performance of an engine by obtaining large cross section of a runner and obtaining the large amount of the air. A barrel valve sealing structure of a variable induction system comprises: a valve body(7) having a cylinder shape and having a plurality of runner holes beside a cylinder; a seal mounting groove(9) forming a plurality of closed surfaces which are not overlapped and being connected to the circumferential surface of the valve body; and a seal plate(11) being protruded higher than the circumferential surface of the valve body with being inserted into the seal mounting groove.
