The present invention relates to a scour protection apparatus of a new type which can prevent occurrence of a scour phenomenon around a foundation effectively, and can remove the foundation easily by being easily separated from the foundation, in case it is necessary to remove the foundation after use of the foundation is finished, by being rapidly and easily installed around the foundation which is installed on the underwater ground in a type of being removal after being used, like a bucket foundation, and a scour protection method of the foundation using the same. In the present invention, provided are the scour protection apparatus of the foundation which includes: a radial rib member (1) covering the underwater ground while each inner end part is combined to the foundation (200) and multiple horizontal support rods (10) are radially arranged around the foundation (200); and a scour protection coating film (2) which prevents the surface of the underwater ground from being scoured at a position of surrounding the foundation (200) by being covered on the radial rib member (1), and the scour protection method using the same. |
